What size should I choose?

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Australian shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $150.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you require a different size, please email us at info@tylah-jade.com.au and we'll gladly assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage. Tylah-Jade currently ships within Australia only.
